System Administrator

On behalf of our highly recognised client, Affinity is seeking a Systems Administrator to work with the IT infrastructure team and Service Desk team on an exciting new role in the business. This role will see you continually supporting internal users to adopt and optimise their experience with their devices.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer the daily operations of internal infrastructure
  • Aid internal users to adopt and leverage devices used, translating effective ways to optimise the use of their devices
  • Support the planning and execution of Client infrastructure initiatives including managing the existing IT Client infrastructure environment
  • Continually drive innovation across systems and technology
  • Work collaboratively with Helpdesk team to understand, triage and support internal clients in the use of their devices
  • Create engaging ways to communicate how users can best leverage their devices
  • Perform upgrades and enhancements when required
  • Configure, integrate and develop technology solutions for devices
  • Be a strong problem solver 
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, and vendors to design, implement, maintain and innovate existing and new systems and devices
  • Provide exceptional customers service across the organisation
  • Keep up to date and curious with new technologies
 
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven experience in IT & Infrastructure administration
  • Proven experience in Microsoft SCCM or Microsoft Intune
  • Experienced in device upgrades across medium to large organisations
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer support
  • Highly innovative, with a keen interest in technology
  • Previous experience in device management ideal
