Lead Temenos Business Analyst

The Temenos Lead Business Analyst will be an actively involved in developing and establishing business requirement standards for the Temenos Banking System. They will be accountable for translating technical requirements into business level discussions. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
T24 Senior or Principal level Lead Business Analyst will be a key fixture within the Business Team. You would serve as the liaison between the business and software development teams in translating complex business needs into technology supported business solutions. The Business Analyst will be responsible for providing software specifications for new product features and provide support through the software development lifecycle.
  • Use business and technical expertise to write Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Specification Document (FSD)
  • Lead and assist in conducting internal and client facing walkthroughs of BRDs and FSDs to ensure business requirements are accurately documented
  • Actively ensure compliance with general programming best practices, accepted web standards and those standards set forth by Temenos
  • Participate in sprints and update meetings
  • Accurately maintain and ensure data integrity standards
  • Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as the job demands and travel as required
 Qualifications and Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience working in a Temenos (T24) environment
  •  Working knowledge of T24 accounting and Payments (emphasis around ACH, Fed Wire, ATM Framework)
  • A skilled user of MS Office
  • Have knowledge of application development best practices
