Affinity has multiple long tern contract opportunities for a Senior Business Analyst with Time and Attendance experience.  The Time and Attendance (TAM) Business Analyst performs a variety of analyses to support the alignment of payroll business initiatives, the introduction of TAM technology and processes, the ongoing enhancements to the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and a variety of complementary technology solutions. This position works closely with the functional owners, Information Technology department, internal departments and vendors to guide the department and make recommendations on how capabilities of automated systems can be used and optimized to improve business processes and solve business problems to support the short-and-long-term direction of Payroll Operations.
  • Work closely with operating units to define specific time tracking and attendance rules.
  • Ability to assess and design system functionality and actively participate in the entire project life cycle: requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, deployment and change management.
  • Map As-Is TAM business processes as well as To-Be TAM business processes.
  • Accountable for the time and attendance data integrity including data quality and data extracts.
  • Provide on-going system support after go live of project deployment
  • Ability to work and a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing demands or needs of the business.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the HRIS system time tracking and attendance modules
  • Support end users and serve as primary contact for Time Tracking and Attendance modules.
  • Analyzes and provides technical support for technical issues related to the Time Tracking systems. Provides thoughtful resolutions or measures to prevent reoccurrences.
  • 2-4 years HR technology experience required with direct responsibility in the areas of HR technology assessment, implementation, maintenance, and reporting.
  • 2-4 years of experience with Time and Attendance systems or HRIS systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field
  • Kronos Time and Attendance experience a plus
