This position is responsible for analysis of production support issues and investigation, as well as reconciliation with multiple points of contact, internally and externally. Working with various systems to ensure timely resolution, as well as ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements.
What You'll Do:
  • Experience with database structures and relational database queries (Structured Query Language SQL)
  • Experience with Windows and UNIX Operating Systems
  • Experience with Oracle Database Management System
  • Ability to manage tickets and regulatory reporting
  • Ability to follow technical and procedural instructions thoroughly
  • Experience as a project coordinator or a project manager
  • Change management and vendor support management a plus
  • Experience working with systems integrated with TSYS
  • Experience working with campaign management systems, Smart Card Management System, Loyalty systems
  • Experience with Financial/Banking security (encryption, PCI, etc.)
  • Experience as a Production Support Analyst
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel / PowerPoint / Access skills
  • Financial Retail Banking experience
  • Experience supporting micro-services
  • Experience working on Disaster Recovery planning and coordination
  • ITIL certified
  • PMP/CAMP certified
What You'll Need:
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in a distributed environment or equivalent college diploma/university degree (Computer Science with Business Admin minor preferred)
  • The ability to manage conflicting priorities and situations while addressing high severity incidents timely
  • Card processing and banking environment background is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable when dealing with change
  • Ability to triage between vendors and the business
  • Ability to triage, break down complex tasks and follow logical steps to solving issues and opportunities.
