Operation Support Analyst

On behalf of our client, Affinity is searching for an Operations support Analyst.  This individual will not be working on hands on operations calls or closing operational tickets.  This resource will be helping in the current gaps of documentation that exist at the client, this resource will be transforming technical documentation into workflows/documents that non-technical individuals will understand.

This person will be working with our Request team but helping us improve processes and have technical knowledge of the systems involved. The main focus, at least to start, will be helping with our onboarding and off boarding process, improving procedures and building documentation for the process.

Important qualities to have as a candidate:
Highly process orientated
Great Attention to detail
Strong Documentation skills
Technical knowledge
 
Must Haves:
  1. 3+ years of experience documenting Operation Support Processes, procedures and developing workflows. 
  2. 3+ years of experience working with Active Directory, Exchange Console, Sharepoint and Folder Permissions
Assets:
  •           PowerShell scripting
  •           Cisco Phone Manage
  •           Service-Now
